Friends of Music Biennial Dinner & Auction

Music captivates us, moves us, enlightens us, overpowers and soothes us.  It allows us to explore the dimensions of our imagination, creation, and human expression.  The “Friends of Music” at All Saints’ Episcopal Church and Day School is a group dedicated to providing glorious musical offerings to the larger Phoenix community, for parishioners and non-parishioners alike.

Every other year we hold our largest fundraising event, the Friends of Music Dinner and Auction.  In addition to an evening of delectable food, heavenly music, and a sensational auction featuring many one-of-a-kind items, this biennial event showcases entertainment by the glorious voices of the renowned All Saints’ Senior Choir and the angelic voices of the Choristers of All Saints’ Day School.

All proceeds from this event benefit the All Saints’ music programs and its community offerings, which have included singing monthly at Hospice of the Valley, performances with the Phoenix Symphony, performances at Carnegie Hall and an annual Good Friday choral devotional presentation, such as this year’s “Stabat Mater” by Paul Mealor or past years’ Bach’s Passion According to St. John and St. Matthew.

Some samples of music sung by our choir:        God Be in My Head        Thou Shalt Know Him

We appreciate the community’s generous past and present donations for the auction, such as:
